Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zudisa's websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Zudisa ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Zudisa is a tech learning platform and blog where users explore curated articles, tutorials, guides, and insights on technology topics including programming, web development, cybersecurity, digital privacy, and emerging technologies. The Service allows users to read blog content, view tutorials, and engage with tech-related educational materials. We may add, change, or remove features and content; some features may be offered only on certain devices or in certain regions.

Eligibility and accounts

User-generated comments and content

If the Service allows comments or user submissions, you retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and distribute User Content solely as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We may—but are not obligated to—review, remove, or restrict content that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards.

Educational content and disclaimers

Zudisa provides educational blog content, tutorials, and guides for learning purposes. While we strive for accuracy, technology changes rapidly. The content is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness. You use all information, code examples, and tutorials at your own risk. Before implementing any guidance, verify it applies to your situation and consult official documentation. Zudisa is not responsible for outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from your use or misuse of information provided in our blog or tutorials.

Advertising and third-party services

The Service may include third-party advertising or links. Third parties (for example, ad networks such as Google AdSense where enabled) may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not control third-party ads or sites; your interactions with them are between you and the third party.
  • Where required by our policies or agreements, you agree not to interfere with the lawful display of advertising.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, software, design, documentation, and original blog content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Zudisa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights explicitly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a safety or security risk, or must do so to comply with law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Service and all educational content at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUDISA AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM ALLOWED BY LAW.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zudisa and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or on-site message) where appropriate. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms we present for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zudisa regarding the Service.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership or agency relationship. Mandatory consumer protections in your country may apply regardless of the governing law below.
