This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid features or subscriptions offered by Zudisa ("we," "us"), where applicable. Many parts of the Service may be free; when you choose a paid option, this policy applies together with our Terms of Service.
Paid plans on Zudisa
If we offer paid plans or subscriptions on zudisa.com, fees are generally non-refundable once the payment period has started, except where we are required to provide a refund under applicable law or we expressly agree in writing. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly at the email below with your account details and transaction information.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a problem with a charge—whether it looks wrong, you did not get what you expected, or something does not work—please contact us first at support@zudisa.com before you start a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. The Zudisa team will try in good faith to understand the issue and resolve it with you, including mistaken charges, billing confusion, or access to paid features where appropriate.
Starting a chargeback without contacting us can delay resolution, may lead to temporary restrictions on your account while the payment provider investigates, and can complicate legitimate fixes. Reaching out directly is usually the fastest way to sort things out. This does not limit any mandatory rights you have under the law or with your payment provider.
Service issues and charge errors
We aim to deliver a reliable service. If a paid feature was unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, or if you were clearly double-charged for the same period, contact us—we may, at our discretion, offer account credit or another reasonable remedy. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights in your country that cannot be waived.
